DoctorWho Linux Curious

For all those who are wondering what that laptop was, this is the hi resolution version of it:

Anything recognisable? It sorta looks like an older desktop, maybe a lighter desktop environment.

    It’s a GUI designed to communicate rather than be used. Very common. Doesn’t actually exist.

    When I saw it on TV it looked to me like xfce/gnome, but close up, not so much.
