They were one of the topics at a recent Novell event I attended. They are a large user, VT government in general, of the Novell Groupwise product. They have been using it in their infrastructure and now they are looking to use it in their labs as well, which is great, because this puts OSS into the hands of the students, or as we say here in the USA, the future leaders of America :) FYI: They are using Novell SLES and SLED.
