I agree about Cinelerra. It was not only difficult (read: impossible for me) to use, but their user documentation is practically nil. It doesn't work like the common commercial programs, so it's not like you can just pick it up if you know one of those. They really need to work on that aspect of it if they want to have a competitive product. So far, I am enjoying Ubuntu! The nightly build for Inkscape however, was disappointing- crashed using either freehand or line tool, every time. I had already gotten used to the new features on the nightly build on Vista, so having to go back to using .46 on Ubuntu was a bummer. I'll keep checking the latest builds. Nifty hat! Very dapper!
