I've tried a few times throughout the day to give my thoughts. Harder and harder each time. Lets suffice to say I like the idea Martin. Insentivising community behavior. Let people benefit from working for the community, but once they start to hoard to themselves on not the community, they are insentivised to put back into the community.

I wonder if that means that those that don't want to be part of the community should be let (forced?) out?

Hold on there. Those ideas aren't too far off from alot of really serious suggestions. Carbon tax? Drilling liscenes? Some states have taxes on real estate transactions over a particular limit.

The major problem i see with your proposal is with the taxing on industrial persuits. Imagine the reality of such a system. Proper measurement would be a problem in an of itself. What kind of algorith do you use. What counts? Big companies could hire firms to do audits. But they could also hide aspects of their business in other aspects fairly easily. I dont see it working. But I like train of thought...there might be something there.
